Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- Unworn, unused, and with original tags attached
- Returned in its original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@naturasak.com. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification.
To be eligible, the item must still be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
