Do you ship worldwide?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping across the Germany, UK & USA. Additionally for the rest of world, we have free shipping over $100. Check our Shipping Policy for more information.
Are there any custom and/or import duties added to the purchase?
All orders within the UK, EU, US and Australia are exempted from shipping and duties. For the rest of the countries outside the EU and non-US, any such fees must be paid by the addressee unless otherwise specified on the checkout page. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot foresee what the related costs might be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order. You can also email us and we will do our best to help!
What payment methods do you accept?

How long will it take to get my order?
Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.
Made-to-Order Items: For custom orders, it can take up-to 21 days.
Shipment: As soon as your order is ready, it will be shipped immediately to your destination.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you can! Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking link and number, which you can use to track.
Can I return my order?
Absolutely. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase or received a wrong product, we will gladly take it back or exchange it for another item.
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date you receive your order. The return package must be shipped back within this 30-day period. Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for items that are being returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
